A. Tsifouti Lab is a Science, Art, and Technology Laboratory focused on human connection, support, and growth through image-making.
The concept for Connection, represents the integration of real – world scenes and perceptual human lenses. Through this experiential lens, I produce refined image qualities that resonate as deeply personal or as universally shared human experiences.
I view image quality as an extension of our existence. Just as our bodies tell stories through movement, transitioning between fast and slow, our lives are shaped by shifting meanings and stories. Through the tools of imaging science, I bridge the gap between technical data and the human internal landscape, creating understanding of ourselves and our shared experiences.
Once a visual connection is established, a perceptual expansion begins, opening space for support and growth.
The stable ground for all future work
The foundation is established with the series titled Inner Connections. Through introspection and a dedicated alignment to inner shifts, perspectives, and body sensations, the inner qualities of playfulness, curiosity, imagination, and predominantly sensitivities have taken physical form, manifested across 45 individual art pieces. The derived image quality aligns with inner dimensionalities and perspectives.
Trilogy: Embodiment of Principles
A dialogue across time: 2011 reflections meeting my current self in 2026. Unknowingly revisiting and deriving the same conclusions. My foundational principles remain constant: connection, support, and growth. My processes involve embodiment and synthesis of different perspectives.
